A couple questions...
1. Does this policy provide coverage resulting from the sale or promotions of PEOs which is not legally an insurance product?
2. Does this policy cover lawsuits resulting from the sale by brokers of illegal products which may represent themselves to provide coverage but do not?
3. Does this policy cover defense if a civil fraud charge is brought as the result of a client being placed in a program which is not legally insurance?
